Beach Combing

Western Australia’s expansive coastline is home to nearly 4000 islands, many of which are home to the most stunning beaches and bays imaginable, most of which are located in its remote wilder regions. Eclipse takes you to explore our private selection of these unspoilt gems where you can swim, snorkel, fish, forage or simply relax. As the sun sets, enjoy a cocktail at your own private beach bar, a scrumptious BBQ and a crackling bonfire. Our beach combing experiences are designed to delight and become lifelong memories.

Wildlife Encounters

With its mighty gorges, rugged savannas, sprawling mangrove estuaries, and pristine bays and beaches, Western Australia is home to a vast array of diverse and unique wildlife. In all the destinations we explore, the raw beauty of nature will offer up intriguing wildlife encounters. Rare and common resident and migratory birdlife abounds. Marine mammals such as whales, dolphin, seals and dugongs offer a daily performance. In the Kimberley the mighty saltwater crocodile reigns and we can get you up close to witness these modern day dinosaurs in their natural habitat.

Mud Crabbing Adventures

Winding through the Kimberley and Montebello’s tidal mangroves  in our expedition vessels hunting for delicious mud crabs is a special adventure for all.    The thrill of setting your own crab net and hauling the catch onboard is an authentic experience you are likely to never forget. Few things taste better than a fresh cooked mud crab you caught yourself. Whether its chilli crab Singapore style you prefer or a tasty crab salad our chef will serve up a treat. Why not add a chilled glass of Porongurup Riesling to top off the catch!

Sailing Adventures

Whenever there’s a favourable breeze Eclipse will sail between anchorages, providing an opportunity for you to actively join the crew or simply settle back and enjoy the exhilaration and tranquillity that only sailing can offer. Eclipse is a performance Catamaran and she is rigged for maximum sailing indulgence, with all sails carrying the ability to be hoisted and trimmed from the helm station enhancing safety and convenience.

Waterfall Odysseys

From the quant and untouched Jackson Falls, to the mighty and world renowned Horizontal Falls, the Kimberley is a must visit destination for breathtaking waterfall experiences. We will take you to explore secluded billabongs found at the base of rushing water falls, witness in awe the exhilaration that is a Horizontal Falls boat tour and freshen up with a dunk under one of the Kimberley’s stunning freshwater streams.
